1. Maintain the machine and process to reduces TA loss and scrap loss.

2. Trouble shooting effectivity for machine and process.

3. Instruct associates in the proper use and care of machines, fixtures to ensure quality.

4. Provide technical support for P-FMEA/ Control Plan setup and update

5. Execute the TPM for machine and fixture.

6. Execute the daily check.

7. ESD control and strain test control.

8. Analyzes machine and process problems, perform immediate action.

9. Performs additional tasks from supervisor request.

1.Junior college mechanical & industrial or related

2. 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing department or technical department

3.Be good at Electrical automation, robot adjustment is the best.

4.Experienced at mechanical of machine.

5.Understand problem solving method like 8D,PSS,PDCA etc.

6.Understand PFMEA, CP and other production related documents.

7.The ability to work in a result oriented environment.
