•Interface between customer and company internal to understand customer expectations and requirements, and maintain good customer relationship
•Achieve the sales and profit target in BP for his/her projects.
•Follow sales process as sales planning and system price maintain; customer quotation document preparation; A/R and DNI tracking; sample tracking; warranty tracking; good quality of sales documents maintenance.
•Negotiation with customer for commercial (PCR, QS/Bonus, payment term etc.), support localization, engineering change request, delivery and other customer related topics.
•Customer strategy and product strategy definition; Provide information on customer trends, innovation, market, competitor benchmark to internal; fulfil VPZ/MS planning
•New products promotion, leading new business chance study; carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted
•Lead customer project acquisition, has power and ability to coordinate internal and external resource
Bachelor in engineering or economics
At least 5 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Customer oriented thinking is required
- Ability to influence, good planning / coordination / communication and problem solving skills
- Self driven personality, team spirit is an essential requirement
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Frequent business travel
- Good PC skills eg. PPT, Excel, Word
-Good command of both written and spoken English is a must
