HR & TGA related admin tasks and assistant to HR director
TGA tasks:
•Apprentice daily management, school and department communication
•Coordinate between Apprentice & User department & School & AHK
•Support TGA event promotion and apprentice selection process (Promotion & Interview & Healthy check)
•Handle internal TGA management process e.g. attendance, shuttle bus, transfer to regular employee etc.
•TGA training material and stationary purchasing
•TGA teaching room 5S arrangement
•Other TGA Admin. tasks
HR Tasks:
•Government contact window (HR Related), reporting, project applications e.g. A-E talent, special working hours application etc.
•Internal and external audit coordination
•Organization chart management
•Company & department intern management
•Annual awards organization in collaboration with COM
•Administrations: visa, eye & ear test, BGN management, purchase contract, payments including but not limited to labor union fee
Assistant:
•Schedule planning and arrangement e.g. trip/ vacation arrangement
•Meeting arrangement (including HRL internal) e.g. scheduling, meeting material preparing & meeting minutes etc.
•Signature paper administration: pre-checking the completeness, distributing to related person or department
•Office organizing e.g. meeting / storage room admin., seat arrangement, office supply administration etc.
•Department activity organizing
•Notice distribution e.g. Public Leave, Organization Chart, personnel Announcement and etc.)
•Support visa application for RBCC associates in Changsha
•Coordinator e.g. DSP, HSE coordinator, access / authorization management
Other tasks assigned by superior
HR or administration related major, bachelor degree or above
1 year or above experience as secretary
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Fluent written and oral English
