The Trade Marketing Manager-HD Retail is responsible for developing and managing channel strategy and the 4P tactics for retail environments based on shopper and trade expertise. They work closely with brand MKT and Sales to develop strategies and execute against the category, brand, channel and account strategies. The Trade Marketing Manager plays the role in enhancing demand through HD's customers in channel and in a cost-effective way.
Key Job Responsibility
HD Retail Channel Commercial Plan & Category Management
Craft comprehensive channel strategies that align with the business objectives, focusing on both modern trade and new emerging channels within the FMCG sector.
• Develop HD Retail category business in terms of sales and distribution growth via trade acticity designing, trade promotion planning, budgeting, forecasting and controlling.
• Implement of annual commercial activity plan that is fully aligned and guarantees strategic, commercial, channel, category and brand objectives are meet.
• Work closely with both sales team and regional trade marketing team to ensure the delivery of commercial plan
• Develop category management strategy, especially NPD and tailor -made product segmentation,working closely with cross function team to develop the product strategy and ensure successful launch in channel
• Develop perfect store program based on shopper and channel insights, including MLS/Display/POSM/Inventory
• Omni-channel project communication and resources sharing to maximize the activation result
• CP budget allocation and spending control.
Channel Activation Plan
Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful trade activation plans by well understand the dynamics and shopper behaviors of each channels to accelerate the growth.
• National IMC Activation Plan:national yearly activation planning and communicate to the relevant team accurately to ensure the perfect implementation according to ATL plan, and responsible for the ROI to meet the finance requirement.
• Customized activation planning:working closely with KA team in planning and implementing customized program with innovation strategy in KA channel to meet market needs .
• Adapt brand marketing assets into channel activities, take lead in trade activation related design, mock up and production.
• Freegoods & GWP management.
• Activation budget control.
任职条件
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
• Working Experience: 5+ years of business experience in multinational FMCG company, at least 3 years focused on trade marketing.
• Capabilities:
o Trade marketing experience (e.g. short shelf life product e.g. fresh Yogurt, bread, chilled products)
o Familiar with Modern Trade channel and ice cream category
o Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
o Strong ownership and team work
o Good planning and communication skills
o Fluent in English communication
