1. Leading application engineering team for internal business (IB) of electrified mobility unit (EM) with independence and full technical responsibility in Asia Pacific

2. Overall cooperate application engineering activities according to BU targets and ensure delivery quality within time schedule

3. Cooperation with global engineering team and other function department (purchasing, manufacturing, sales, sample shop etc.), manage supplier technical concept feasibility

4. Release products from design to industrialization with BES approach, power customers’ systems with reliable, powerful, and cost-efficient electric motors

5. Engineering competence building, increase application engineering efficiency for instance by using AI development process and other CIP measures

6. Recruiting, training, development and associate performance evaluation, support the career development in RB

7. Accelerate organization changes to adapt to the constantly changing environment and demand

Master in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

- > 10 relevant working experience in engineering area development

-> Experience in international environment during study or working

-> Strong leadership in different mechatronic areas

-> > 3 years success associate management experience with team size 10+

Knowledge/ skills: DRBFM, PS, PMP, LFG

Good command of English language both written and spoken
