Education

•Bachelor/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing

Qualifications

•Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in casting tooling design, with focus on the automotive industry

•Good knowledge of die casting process, tooling design, and material properties

•Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, as well as simulation technology for mold design

•Knowledge of sustainable manufacturing practices and material recyclability considerations

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

•Experience as cost engineer is of advantage
