- Support leadership team on compute performance product overall results tracking

- Support digitalization & standardization

- Partner with sales, marketing, product management to resolve various business process issues.

- Provide business analytical support to BU/ Departments.

- Project cost analysis and controlling

- Business modelling

- Business case simulations

• 5+years in finance and/or controlling area, or comparable experience in other companies is a plus

• Bosch controlling experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge about accounting, finance or controlling processes, full P&L tracking experience is a plus

• Advanced communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese

• High analytical skills and understanding of figures

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to understand complex content
