- Material field strategy management, define material field strategy according to internal and external requirement, prefer experience of electronics purchasing and with project purchasing experience

- Sourcing process management, well known about the sourcing process and finish the sourcing process timely

- Cost analysis and Price Negotiations, familiar with material cost structure and bring solutions on cost control

- Supplier management, e.g. supply chain risk assessment, negotiation with suppliers, supplier mentoring

- Contract management, familiar with contract process and sign the contract according to DCM digital signing process

- Lead commercial ratio activities and ECRs out of continuous improvement of material cost/quality/delivery/design.

- Risk management on material field level and on supplier level, with guidance and support from internal PUR-RS team

- Familiar with SAP system

- Above 5 years dedicated work experience in Purchasing ( Commercial or project purchasing). Automotive industry purchasing experience is referred.

- Good in communication and collaboration domestically and internationally

- Fluent in English (speaking and written)

- Negotiation Skills

- Problem solving and analytic skills. Able to drive internal alignments with difficult situation

- Proactive and willing to learn new things and to take more task

- Good in Excel and Presentation
