•Analyze the volume (RPP & order +forecast) regularly for short /middle term delivery supply

•Communicate with customers to confirm the order & forecast demand and feedback order fulfillment plan

•Do allocation for supply constraint case

•Monitor the inventory & outbound SCC to achieve the target

•Ensure the customer satisfaction

•System support @ SAP SDL, AddOne

•IDC & RDC & SPR planning

•Lead the plant CAPL activities

•Lead the plant levelling topic

•Support the product life cycle management

•Work together with marketing and sales plan finish goods in regional warehouses

•Conduct S&OP processes to balance marketing/sales requirement and production plans

•Control and manage inventory level and structure

•Drive continuous improvement project and support process excellence in planning area

•Assume overall responsibility for BU’s logistics KPIs, e.g. SCC, TCT and CSL1/RSL1

•Build and optimize team organizational structure, cultivate core talents

Qualifications

•Fluent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) (Chinese language skills preferred)

•Team oriented

•Initiative and willing to learn

•MS-Office (Excel, Word)

•Presentation Sills (MS Power Point)

•Proficient in using of planning methods and IT planning tools (e.g. SAP, AddOne)

•People leadership: Target setting and controlling, performance and competency appraisal, feedback and recognition, employee development, etc.

Educational requirements:

•Master's degree or above or undergraduate degree from a 985 university,

•At least 5 years of work experience
