Tasks
•Follow up with PRM on launch schedule of tools and deriving the launch plan / communication for spare parts based on that information.
•Launch follow-up:
•Receive information from PRM regarding to launch announcement.
•Based on launch announcement and the marketing calendar, follow up with ASA-DOC on documentation preparation.
•Based on the tool volume forecast, plan for the initial stock of spare parts in the central hub / warehouse (Wh or PgP
2).
•Follow up on QG3/4 to derive a plan and communication for spare parts delivery to the CSOs (based on spare parts lead time and marketing calendar).
•Continuous monitoring of bottlenecks and problem solving to avoid launch delays (e.g., missing information in various systems, price missing or late, BOM not ready in time).
•Provide guidance of improvements along PIF and procurement process.
•Maintain the planning parameters for launch spare parts (based on tools launching plan).
•Succession planning (phase-out/phase-in):
•Receive information from (either) PRM or Purchasing on the spare parts change (information provider to be clarified).
•Provide input to Purchasing and PRM for spare parts planning and escalate in terms of missing spare parts supply and general availability issues.
•Collaboration with ASA-DOC to provide information and transparency to the affected CSOs (on further progress with SKUS: e.g., compatibility with replacement of SKUs or non-compatibility with dual keeping of SKUs).
•Phase-out (ATR):
•Receive information from (either) PRM or Purchasing or Plant on the product, spare parts, or supplier phase-out.
•Breakdown and information of all affected parts and CSOs (and further stakeholders).
•Plan out the global last time buy quantity based on the following information:
•Historic demand consumption of the spare parts in the CSOs
•Last time buy quantity of the FG tools in the CSOs
•Channel / store stock
•ATR duration requirement (5-10 years)
•Hub storage location, Wh or PgP2
•Provide timely feedback CSO about last time quantity fulfillment.
•Maintain the planning parameters to reflect the phase-out.
•University degree preferred
•5 years of work experience in the field of supply chain
•Problem solving skills
