1. 带领跨职能项目组成员（研发，市场，采购，质量，生产，物流）遵循博世标准项目流程（PIF)，完成新产品开发项目。

•

2. 根据业务要求，与团队制定项目目标，并与管理层和项目相关部门达成一致。对项目的结果负直接责任，确保项目能够按照计划的时间完成，并达到目标质量和成本。

•

3. 主动评估项目风险和机会，制定风险对应计划，并始终跟踪执行进度和响应变化。带领团队解决项目中的问题。

•

4. 每月向管理层及合作部门汇报项目进度及当前状况，确保紧急事件及时沟通和升级，以确保快速决定，项目按时完成。

•

5. 管理项目团队，创造良好的合作氛围，保持高效的执行力。为项目成员的个人绩效提供重要输入。

•

6. 进行阶段性复盘，不断改进流程和项目过程中的问题。

•- Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics) to develop new products aligned with business targets, following standard process.

•- Define and align the project goals properly with all stakeholders. Directly responsible for the overall project success, i.e. goal achievement of product quality/performance, financials and schedule agreed.

•- Proactively assess project risks by regularly evaluating program weaknesses and opportunities; define and implements alternative plans with team to keep project on track.

•- Communicates project status (including risks, schedule, costs) via monthly global project review meeting & other updates meetings. Works with management to solve obstacles, recommend solutions and drive for fast decision.

•- Mentor and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for the assigned tasks. Provide the input for performance assessment.

•- Continuously identify the gap for improving current process and propose necessary measures.

•

1. 5年及以上新产品研发项目管理经验。电动工具类产品项目管理经验优先。

•

2. 工程学士及以上，机械或电子工程等相关专业。

•

3. 出色的谈判沟通能力，可以全英文流利沟通，包含专业技术信息。

•

4. 团队意识强，善于合作，认同并践行积极领导力，有能力带领团队不断学习提升。

•

5. 能适应灵活的工作时间，和较频繁的国内出差。

•

6. 快速学习能力强，能迅速适应变化。结果导向，执行力强。

•- New product development/project management experience of 5yrs+. Power Tools product project management experience is preferred.

•’- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related.

•- Strong communication skills especially in English (including technical) and high level of collaboration.

•- Broad business and technical aptitude, be able to take management's perspective to define needs and develop goals, with strategic thinking and acting.

•- Positive leadership and chase for team excellence.

•- PMP Certification is a plus.

•- Flexibility in working hours for communication with global team, and frequent domestic travels to buyout suppliers.

•- Fast learner.
