1. In charge of the costing ledger and inventory management to ensure that all movements are booked correctly.

2. To prepare monthly financial KPI package as part of regional operation KPIs including conversion cost, loss rate, Cost Bridge, etc.

3. Look after internal transfer price, assist finance manager to track the mark up rate trend in order to compliant with the requirement of tax authority.

4. Calculate NPD cost based on current products, maintain/update IBR data in system periodically

5. Take charge in annual budget building and quarterly rolling forecast based on business environment changes, including material usage plan, give explanations on major changes.

6. To help CI & Operation team identify & track productivity project in plant, verify actual saving for finance perspective.

7. To support the plant management team in IL6S project by loss reduction & line crew optimization.

1. 3+ years’ experience in costing analysis

2. Familiar with manufacturing value chain

3. SAP operating experience is required

4.Lean & 6Sigma knowledge is preferred
