2) Strategic Benchmark like Patent and technology scouting;

3) Software & System

•Product know-how (link cost & technology), D2C (Design-to-Cost) – Challenge internal premises until design & costs are optimized.

•Product cost structure analysis (CSA) and simulation for purchased parts + value added (entire product life cycle), tooling.

•Derive measures with our partners in BU’s for RPP, future product generations.

•Good communication skills; Skilled use SAP, PBI, python

•Familiar with PCB production process and cost structure

•Familiar with the production and manufacturing process of diecasting, stamping, and injection molding products and cost structure, and familiar with surface treatment process.

•Familiar with IDC hardware design, with 3-5 years of hardware design experience, familiar with vehicle cameras and radars, and preferably with experience Advanced Driving Product Solution

•Have good cost experience, familiar with IDC and autonomous driving controllers cost structure.

•Good project management experience, work out benchmark project plan and drive cross functional benchmark team to delivery benchmark result within planned timing and budget.

•Familiar with product production processes, including SMT, selective soldering, assembly, and testing, familiar with automated production, familiar with production cost structure, advanced product design and production processes.

•Good experience in material and manufacture cost optimization, design to cost mindset.
