1. Participant in customer projects from acquisition phase to production stages according to PEP (perspective of cost, quality, time).

2. Customer technical requirement understanding and assessment, and converting customer requirements to design solutions/concept.

3. Responsible for product design by using a 3D software (CATIA, UG), and perform tolerance stack up calculations.

4. Simulation evaluation and optimization for product release.

5. Industrization for product design with drawings, bills of materials (BoM), TKU and additional technical documents release.

6. SDR (system design rule) implementation internally.

7. Work out technical concept & solution and present it to customer.

8. Professional technical service to customer on wiper system level (technique feasibility, problem solving, etc.).

9. Cooperate (/interactive contact) with other Bosch regions for technical topics.

10. Participant problem solving for product failure.

11. Conduct IMDS/CAMDS, DFMEA, ECR.

12. Technique risk analysis and assessment.

13. Provide technical support / assist to the manufacture department and quality assurance department.

1. Good English skill both in written and oral mandatory

2. Use UG or CATIA for 3D / 2D design and Kinematics analysis

3. Familiar with metal and plastic material

4. Familiar with knowledge of GD&T

5. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above mechanical design experience

6. Good communication and coordination skill

7. Good cooperation attitude
