•Ensure source/capacity to meet customer S/Q/C/D requirements based on guideline process(PEP-ETO /PEP ETO+/PEP ETO(hydraulic manifold))

•Risk management based on but not limited to check list tool

•Change management bases on process to clear internal/external influence on order's S/Q/C/D

•Drive activities to continuously improve the S,Q,C & D to achieve the defined targets.

•Drive activities to levelling orders to efficiently use of internal production capacity to meet customer requirement

•Lead OEM customer internal report and CIP

•Bachelor or above in Engineering, or Project management

•Experience in a /Engineering/Sales> 3 years

•Local language skill as well as English language skill

•High level of product know-how

•Strong Communication

•Good self learning skill. Working under pressure

•Self-driven mindset
