•Overall responsible for electronics project management.

•Lead engineering team (system, software, hardware, test and so on) to conduct requirement analysis, design, research and development, testing, validation, delivery, upgrade iteration, etc. for deliverables.

•Lead & coordinate cross functional project team or external supplier, including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality etc., mainly focus on ECU (Electronics Control Unit) development and production.

•Organization and moderation of regular project team meetings, monitor & control progress, coordinate resources, resolve issues, manage conflicts & risks, and ensure successful delivery.

•Project status regular reporting or escalation to management based on BOSCH procedure.

•Achieve project development targets on quality, cost and schedule.

Education: Bachelor Degree/diploma in electronics engineering and above.

7 years and above electronics engineering experience or

5 years and above electronics project management experience

in product development & manufacturing company with preference in automotive area or embedded electronic.

Prefer PMP certification.

Fluent in both oral and written English
