•Responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and executing testing process for lithium battery packs and charger, recording and analyzing test results, and writing test reports.

•Develop and design of electrical and mechanical test setups and test fixtures for battery pack and BMS related tests.

•Responsible for maintenance and operation, calibration of test equipment and respective software.

•Optimizing testing process and equipment including test data accuracy and process running efficiency, improving data quality to achieve shorter project duration.

•Working together and cooperation with global battery testing team to develop testing plans for internal and competitor products, conducting relevant tests, and writing analysis reports.

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, testing and instrumentation, mechatronics, mechanical and electrical engineering, electronic, or related majors.

•Skilled at using python,C language or VBA and can use them to write various data processing templates or establish small fixture control programs to simply workflow experience is mandatory

•Familiar with labview related languages or having relevant work experience is preferred.

•Familiar with on-site installation, debugging, maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of testing equipment.

•Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant mechatronics or electronic engineering field is preferred.

•Experience in lithium-ion battery pack testing (including performance testing and safety abuse testing), lithium battery pack BMS, PCBA and other related electronic testing will be advantaged.

•Preferable experience in lithium-ion battery related standards such as IEC62133, IEC62841, IEC60335, GB31241, UN

•Knowledge in testing machine selection and experience in defining test specification.

•Experience in lab digitalization setup preferrable.
