Work out production related process documents (PFMEA, CP, WI) to ensure the stability of product quality, continuously improve the efficiency of procedure.

- 采取措施持续提升生产线的生产率，提高设备综合利用效率, 降低生产内部报废率。

Take actions to continuously improve the productivity, increase OEE performance and decrease the internal defect cost.

- 在日常工作中使用质量工具（14Q，Poka-Yoke, PDCA，8D report）提升生产线质量水平，分析和解决现场质量问题/ Use quality tools in daily work (14Q, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D, report) to enhance the production line quality, analyse and solve quality problems in the shop floor.

- 协助新产品的调试和工装调试/ Support trail run of new product and new fixture.

- 支持客户和内部评审/ Support customer and internal audit.

- 保持与其它部门/领导工厂的沟通和合作/ Communicate and cooperate with plant internal other departments and lead plant.
