Purpose of Role:

This role will be responsible for Supply Planning by developing supply strategies, drive consistence end to end excellence to support business growth, and deliver customer service excellence, inventory and cost optimizing, change management.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Weekly/daily Supply and replenishment plan generation for in his/her respective brand/plant. Balance service and cost and ensure timely support to business.

2. Mange Inventory level by optimization via algorithm by and execution.

3. Drive monthly supply review with key stake holders.

4. Long term capacity right cut check and actions driven.

5. Evaluate key supply loss, understand main constraints & identify risks and opportunities , initiating actions to mitigate the gap via E2E synchronization.

6. Change management of new planning system

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications:

1. Minimum of 6+years of experience in supply planning management and digital solution(APO, BI and etc). IL6S or value stream management experience is preferred.

2. Down to earth spirit with wellness to deepen analysis and WOW optimization.

3. Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and result oriented, and able to work independently.
