•You are responsible for sell-in management of retail and project sales, including dealer commercial policy management, sales planning and forecast, sales progress tracking, etc.

•You are responsible for sales promotion, showroom productivity management.

•You are responsible for retail and decoration KA sales channel development.

•You define sales strategy together with country manager China and drive the implementation of strategy together with different sales channels.

•You are responsible for merchandising management, interior design and deployment of retail sales.

•You are responsible for the sales information management and performance tracking of different sales channels.

•As a people leader, you inspire and coach the sales excellence team.

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or comparable, engineering knowledge is a pre.

•At least 5 years working experience in sales and commercial coordination in sales organization.

•Solid experience in leading people with inspiring approach.

•Driving spirit and result orientation to lead changes.

•Good communication and collaboration with different stakeholders in and outside of the organization.
