职位描述

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement Pet CRM plan and initiatives that support Pet business growth and enhance the customer journey with clear value proposition

• Collaborate with D&T team on CRM & private domain system set up based on today & future business cases and oversee development plan aligned with business needs

• Design and execute consumer & customer loyalty programs and private domain operation and campaign to drive recruitment and engagement goals

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM operation and activities, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future tactics.

• Manage relationships with CRM vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and technology requirements.

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of consumer/customer data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for wider marketing activity

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
