•Design training and activity to improve department team members‘ BPS competence/设计培训和活动，以此来提高部门员工的BPS能力。

•Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP, to speed up problem solving and target condition attainment/stabilization/确保Point-CIP执行的效果和效率，以加速问题解决和目标状态的稳定

•Increase maturity of BPS in department through observation and evaluation of the current state of manufacturing, logistics, indirect systems, processes, design and implementation of future state/通过对制造，物流，间接系统，流程的现状的观察与评估，设计和实现未来状态，以此来提升部门的BPS成熟度

•Coordinate VS BPS maturity assessment and systematic maturity improvement/协调价值流BPS成熟度审核，BPS元素成熟度的提高

•Lead BPS elements development in department level, develop and upgrade BPS elements standard/领导BPS元素在部门内的执行，发展和优化BPS元素的标准

•Coordinate BPS benchmark tour, serve as contact window, coordinator external assessment, benchmark, best practice exchange and training resources/协调BPS benchmark学习和培训资源，作为联系窗口，协调外部审核以及benchmark和最优案例的

•Provide BPS knowledge base for I

•Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering related majors, industry engineering, logistics/supply chain management, etc..理工类相关专业，如工业工程，物流/供应链管理等专业本科以上学历

•Be familiar with CNC and assembly process. 熟悉机加工和装配工艺

•Minimum 3 years related working experience(Lean,IE). 3年以上相关工作经验(精益，工业工程)
