Job Overview
- China Blue Buffalo channel marketing lead to drive brand growth strategy deployment across Omni channel touchpoints (with eCom as main focus) and be the
- The role requires solid eCom and retail marketing expertise and collaboration capability to drive brand x channel initiatives execution across teams
Brand growth strategy deployment in Omni channel
- Define portfolio & channel matrix with PPA structure & guideline to ensure fit4chanel activation
- Develop strategic activation programs for recruitment and retention along consumer journey
- Support marketing director to develop brand growth pillars and building block with channel Lense
D-Commerce activation and brand experience
- Develop eCom merchandising and brand experience (GWP, tailor box, service etc)
- Drive brand campaign deployment and eCom platform & customer campaign development
- Onsite content marketing and brand-driven media projects
- Lead Omni recruitment and loyalty program
- Evaluate and govern performance media across eCom platform and customer models
Pet Specialty, breeder and other offline activation
- Specialty channel brand experience and growth program to build brand equity and recruitment
- Offline events and sale-support materials and channel/customer activity
任职条件
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 8 years channel marketing / marketing experience in multinational company of FMCG industry
• Sufficient experience and expertise in Ecommerce marketing & Ecom media
• Customer centric & experience in driving customer JBP with platforms and key accounts
• Pet care experience and/or related category (infant baby nutrition/health care) is highly preferred
• Omni channel retail and marketing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English orally and written
