职位描述
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
• In charge of EC marketing planning including: EC marketing strategy development, EC marketing channel selection and activation planning, EC marketing budget management, and establish clear measurement across E-commerce marketing activities.
• Manage Blue Buffalo EC channels as overarching contact window of brand, including EC paid-media/activation/in-site content marketing/assets & portfolio management with high ROI model.
• Develop EC channel communication strategy with clear local consumer TA definition, including product and communication strategies. Partner with EC BD team to ensure brand fit and effective content seeding and KOL to build Blue Buffalo brand expertise.
• Day-to-day EC marketing operation management. Monitor, analyze and optimize EC marketing performance based on the pre-defined ROI, conversion rate and sales target.
• Manage budget allocations and ad activation strategies for different ad formats, SKUs, EC platforms, domestic and cross-border business
• Leverage brand assets and EC marketing platforms to implement content marketing programs
• Partnership with EC BD team for the launch of Social EC channel such as Tiktok & Little Red Book and develop tailor-made content based on platform nature.
• Develop creative/innovative marketing content and methods to fulfill EC campaign needs; ensure right product list in EC. Optimize presentation of EC stores and product pages to improve conversion rates.

• Proficient in EC marketing channels on Tmall, JD, PDD, Douyin channels etc.
• Specialized in optimizing and managing EC advertising performance metrics, including ROI, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and etc.
• Hands-on experience in EC content marketing and familiar with marketing tactics in EC channel.
• Good strategic thinker & analytical skills with E-commercial sense.
• Strong agility & ownership with result-oriented mindset.
• Proven verbal and written English skills, also good interpersonal skills to communicate with brand holder, leadership and corporate teams
• 5+ years of experiences in EC marketing, with at least 2-3 years in performance media role. Strong digital capability is mandatory.
• Experience in pet industry are highly preferred.
