With this position, you will be doing:

•Overall responsible for SW development to certain domains for Bosch internal divisions, including. capacity, competence, project, cooperation with customers and stakeholders, etc.

•Responsible for SW engineering capacity management, inc. manage flexible capacity, competence development, performance, career development.

•Responsible for projects delivery on time, on cost, on quality

•Responsible for define cooperation strategy and execution with you customer.

•Good Target/result oriented, good networking, communicative, cooperative

•Master degree, majored in Computer Science/SW engineering/Electronic/Communication/Math.

•Experienced in Software or algorithm development with professional programming competence

•Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
