职位描述
1. PR strategy and annual communication plan
• Develop an effective PR strategy & annual communication plan to in line with the company’s business objectives.
• Ensure global consistency and alignment among communications tools, processes and standards.
• Manage all activities in a strategic-focused & result-oriented way.
2. PR assets management
• Proactively develop powerful and engaging communication assets including press release, fact sheet, speeches, media Q&A, etc. for corporate communication objectives.
• Manage and maintain GM owned media such as corporate website, official weibo & wechat account. Ensure all the uploaded information is not at risk.
3. Corporate events, CSR & Sustainability programs and media activities
• Lead corporate events esp. CIIE (China International Import Expo), coordinating with the brands, the organizer, and agencies to deliver decent booth activities and media exposure.
• Plan & manage CSR & Sustainability programs.
• Plan and manage executive interview, press conference, media roundtable, media trips, etc. as need to promote the corporate & brand image.
4. Issue management and media monitoring
• Support issue management by leveraging communication expertise. Lead key messages development for both internal and external audience (media, KOL, customer, government & employee) per need. Tailormade scenario plan, statement & QA for media & KOL. Handle media inquiries during issue management.
• Build up effective (social) media monitoring mechanism which can provide timely alert and valuable insight.
5. Media relationship
• Identify, initiate, and sustain meaningful relations with GM’s key media & influencers.
• Engage the target media in related business agenda, brand activities, product launch, etc. as need
6. Support internal communications
• Work with HR Team to develop MD letter & speech to promote corporate employer brand.
任职条件
1. Bachelor or Master degree(s). Overseas education is a plus
2. Public relations, Journalism, language(s) or other related majors
3. 8+ years of work experience in related field, in-house or agency experience in FMCG or retailing; food industry is recommended
4. Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Chinese and English
5. With the ability to interact with a broad range of personalities and backgrounds
6. Being capable to handle multiple tasks concurrently
7. Be able to work under pressure with sense of urgency in implementing projects and achieving results
8. Logical, organized and detailed-oriented
9. Constantly learns, active and open-minded
10. Excellent copywriting skill for various purpose
11. Rich experience in event management. CIIE related experience is a plus
12. Basic knowledge of CSR & Sustainability project & topics
13. Strong media relationship and can deal with different category of media
14. Issue management
15. Be able to engage and influence internal partners to achieve common business objectives
