职位描述

1. Lead dumpling/wonton segment business growth with the scope of:

2. Analysis and find business opportunity / issues based on marketing data points.

3. Set up growth plan of related segment business through marketing 4P/6P plan and get acknowledged by China leadership team.

4. Lead business project including new product launch, brand campaign, business expansion, channel projects etc., and responsible for result delivery with cross team incl. trade marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, consumer insight team.

5. Support on annually business plan on business review, I/O development, business proposal etc.,

6. Daily brand / business management and budget control.

任职条件

1. 6years+ marketing experience and experienced on end-to-end marketing skill.(marketing research, trade

marketing skills is a plus for this position.)e

2.Strategic and holistic thinking is a plus.e

3.Excellent communication skill with internal and external team with strong teamwork mindset.e

4. Good numeric and analytical skills on AC NielsonConsumer Penal and other marketing data with a stronc

ability to identify opportunities/issue connecting all data points.e

5.Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin.e
